Any cancellations made within the 48-hour period are subject to penalties of up to the price of the first night’s stay. The Tavern Penthouse requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made within the 7-day period are subject to penalties of up to the price of the first night’s stay.
Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation are subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a rate change or an additional fee. For example, shortening or lengthening your reservation is subject to availability and may not be possible at a later date. The Tavern Hotel maintains a smoke-free and vape-free property. No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, pipes, cigars, etc.) is permitted in any part of the hotel.
